INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces potatoes
- 180g broccoli
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 120ml milk
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans Light in Tomato Sauce 230g
SEASONING
- 1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Wash well all the vegetable. Prepare some boiling water to blanch the veggies, blanch the broccoli and chop it.
Peel the potatoes and blanch them till tender.
MASHING AND MIXING
Place the potatoes in a bowl and mash them. To mash well, the potatoes need to be still hot. Add the butter, the blended broccoli and the seasoning into the mashed potato. Mix well.
PRESENTATION
Scoop the mashed potato into hill shape with a hole like a volcano on the plates. Then pour baked beans on the mashed potato.
